The Chateau Gaillet from the outstanding 1996 wine vintage is a classical claret with a rounded, smooth garnet. Fully mature fruit with a deep, fragrant, chocolatey, leafy overtone. On the palate, a soft, velvety texture with a lovely and soft; gentle, attractive finish. This wine is fully mature and will not benefit from additional cellaring.
