The 1994 Louis Sipp Tokay Pinot Gris, Sélection de Grains Nobles, is a beautifully aged dessert wine showcasing the complexity and depth that can be achieved with botrytized wines from Alsace. This wine is a testament to the quality and longevity of well-made SGN wines, offering an exceptional tasting experience that reflects both the vintage and the skill of the winemaker.

Tasting Notes
Deep golden amber, typical of SGN wines. Its nose is intensely aromatic with layers of dried fruits, honey, caramel, marmalade, candied citrus peel, subtle floral undertones, and spiced vanilla. The palate is lusciously sweet, balanced by vibrant acidity. The flavour profile is rich and complex, with dried apricots, figs, honey, quince, marmalade, and a slight nuttiness. The body is full-bodied with a viscous, almost syrupy mouthfeel, and the finish is exceptionally long and lingering.
