Reviews "Bottled in June, the Pavillon is a blend of 68% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot and 1% Cabernet Franc. It has a very natural, almost understated nose with dark berried fruit, a touch of mulberry and crushed stone. Fine delineation. This is a tensile Pavillon, crisp acidity on the entry, slightly hard tannins at the moment, touches of blackberry and raspberry leaf. A little short and pinched on the finish at present, but it should soften with time. Fine. Drink 2012-2020." Neil Martin Wine journal
