Description

A beautiful bright gold colour which will deepen with bottle age. It has wonderful tropical fruit aromas with just a hint of citrus. It is a truly harmonious wine with a delicious lusciousness on the middle palate counterbalanced by tantalizingly complex acidity, the hallmark of botrytis wine.

Enjoy with creamy blue vein or washed rind cheeses. A delicious accompaniment for fruit flans, warm winter puddings and great with scrambled eggs for a luxurious brunch. Can be cellared for 20 plus years.
