Description

This is an Italian red wine from the island of Sicily. The 1959 Salaparuta wines come from a tiny area 30 miles (50km) south-west of the island's administrative center Palermo. The wine is named after the commune of that name, nestled among the hills in the east of the Trapani province - an area renowned for the quality of its wines.
