Description

The 1975 Sangiovese di Romagna Cesari is a beautifully aged wine that captures the essence of the Sangiovese grape from the Romagna region. Over time, it has developed a rich and complex profile, offering aromas of dried red fruits, such as cherries and raspberries, along with earthy notes of leather, tobacco, and subtle hints of herbs and spice. The tannins, once firm, have softened significantly, creating a smooth, well-integrated texture. Despite its age, the wine retains lively acidity, providing balance and freshness.
