A late bud break led to an exceptional year for Champagne. The Vintage Rosé 1978 is a classic Veuve Clicquot Rose with a salmon pink colour, an extremely elegant nose with notes of wild fruit (wild strawberries, cherrys) and brioche. In the mouth, fruity, aromatic notes (cherries, pomegranate) come to the fore, yet the palate retains the wine’s discreet structure.
