Graham's 30 Years Old is made from wines of the very highest quality which, following careful selection, are matured in seasoned oak casks of until their peak of maturity is reached. These are among the most demanding and challenging styles of Port to produce requiring great skill and years of experience from the winemaker and blender. The 1994 Offley Vintage Port has a beautiful light brick color. The nose is warm, intense and pervasive, with a lot of roasted almonds, black cherry and dark chocolate. There is quite a bit of alcohol upfront, reminding of an Amaretto. Full bodied with a smooth and creamy texture and the same layers of flavors on the palate. The chocolate lingers for minutes.

Quinta do Passadouro, Vintage Port

In the nose a lot of alcohol. It has a powerful nose but it’s not very complex. Liquorice, dark fruit, dark chocolate. There is also an amaretto cookie element coming through which is quite nice.
Taste: A creamy velvet texture. At the start a lot of freshness which is followed up very quickly with a lot of alcohol that attacks the palate. Dried fruit, some liquorice, and a really nice acidity.

The 1993 Dupeyron Armagnac is the expression of a single year and has a unique character associated with the year and the cask in which it has been stored. These vintages are bottled at the alcohol level in which they naturally come out of the cask. There is a wonderful contrast between the sweet and sour flavours of wood, amplified by the strong alcoholic degree.
