The 1985 Terre del Barolo Riserva is a beautifully aged expression of Nebbiolo, showcasing the depth and complexity that Barolo develops over decades. With nearly 40 years of evolution, it likely offers a refined bouquet of dried roses, tar, leather, truffle, and forest floor, complemented by notes of dried cherries, tobacco, and balsamic herbs. The palate should be smooth yet vibrant, with softened tannins, bright acidity, and lingering flavours of red fruit, spice, and earthy undertones.
