The 2012 Chateau Fonplegade is a Grand Cru Classe Chateau from Saint-Emilion. 95% Merlot with 5% Cabernet Franc and aged for 18 to 24 months in 85% new Franch oak.

Chateau Fonplegade is a Grand Cru Classe Chateau in Saint-Emilion that dates back to the 18th century and comprises of 18.5 hectares of organically managed and hand farmed vineyards. Built by wine merchant Jean-Pierre Beylot, Chateau Fonplegade is now owned by Stephen and Denise Adams.
