Description

The 1982 Lamothe Cissac has a tawny brick red in colour, this gained weight in the glass and improved for about 1 hour. Gorgeous aromas of old leather, tobacco, cherries and roses. In the mouth, subdued but still red fruit with a touch of creamy cassis, sweetness and mushroom galore, tannins resolved. Short finish held this back a little but still a good wine.
