This 2003 vintage Burgundy wine from Robert Gibourg is red, very light in colour. It has aromatic cherries in the nose and is very refined.
The pinot noir is full at the start and has a high acidity which requires a food accompaniments. Serve this wine with game, white meats or a hearty stew.
