This is a small boutique vineyard that only produces 5000 bottles per year. '... a sleeper of a vintage, Bourgneuf's 2012 may be the finest wine I have tasted from this estate. The colour is an opaque purple, and the wine offers a closed but promising nose of black cherries, raspberries and coffee-tinged fruit.... this medium to full bodied, powerful mouth watering Pomerol is big bold and boisterous.'
