Description

The Chateau de Lacaze was distilled in 1981 it was then shipped in cask to the United Kingdom two years later where it was stored in damp cellars, perfect for slow ageing. Bottled 23 years later it is a smooth spirit with dark chocolate and vanilla aromas and hint of lavender, marzipan and spices.
