Tasting Notes: The Palmer 10 Year tawny has a clear, medium tawny colour feathering to a pale orange rim. Dried orange peel, light brown sugar, maraschino cherry, and baking yeast aromas, anise, soft baking spice, and crushed earthy rock flavours. Medium body, bright acidity, and a softly sweet burnt sugar and cherry liquor finish with a hint of citrus and spice. Good long finish starting with a little heat before the flavours take over.
